Death sounds and screams, as in Red Orchestra 2, would add alot of realism to the game. They could start as soon as the player is DOWNED or DEAD.

Could you imagine what it would sound like with all the bomber spam. 15+ soldiers all screaming at once.

Yes. The game Day of Defeat (Source) has good voices - I really miss them.
At least 15 different sentences per faction!
“Hold die Panzerschreck!” …“Feind einnebeln!” (Use smoke grenades on enemy!)… “Stellung genommen!”
It was just sucking you into the games atmosphere!
