This is the Axis Commando class from CODWWII. He looks like to be wearing a WWI era German Stormtrooper body armor. Could be German equivalent of body armor in Enlisted.

Body armors should be made equippable by unlocking right perks only, as for the above it should be made as rare as possible, thats a WW1 body armor still

Not as it is currently implement in the game with Soviet body armor getting dmg reduction. I’d rather remove the buff and make it as a cosmetic piece for German Assault Engineer squad.

If it wasn’t amateur hour at Gaijin, then they would have (BY DEFAULT) given EVERY faction body armor instead of choosing for some reason to ONLY GIVE IT TO THE SOVIETS. All faction had it, so there was no excuse to not offer it to all factions. It was either out of stupidity, or bias, let the Dev’s decide. 
The Dev’s once and for all should either correct their mistake by removing the Soviet body armor, or GIVE IT TO ALL FACTIONS. It’s not rocket science Dev’s, it’s common sense.

Ugh. WWI stormtrooper armor over DoT 44.
If you think about it, it’s just awful.
Although, to be fair, outside of the historical context the set looks cool. But in a historical context, I really don’t like this thing.
