just have there be a thousand point limit before you can spawn a plane
if johnny gas-retard-actuated can’t break a thousand points with his assault squad then what’s to say he’ll be any useful in a plane
AND
the thousand point limit will also stop absolute animals from spawning in, waiting a minute then suiciding their whole squad just to pile into a plane and bomb spawn points/camp air resupply zones 2 minutes into the match

point limits, might as well make stats public to boot. People threw a fit when that was asked and I can only imagine people would throw a fit locking “content” behind not sucking so hard you can get a golf ball through a garden hose.
