Do you think the game needs a rooster nickname decorator that would be automatically assigned for the next 24-hour game period to players who have left the game more than three times in a day?
I think that a warning and a sense of shame work better than a minimal penalty applied to your experience points for a couple of matches.
- Yes. We want everyone to see the cowards who are ruining matchmaking.
- No. I’m always quitting games; I don’t care about other players’ experiences, and I don’t want everyone to know what kind of person I am.
i wouldnt give a single shit if there was a forced nickname decorator and i have 40% desertion rate

Good idea, time to kill my Elo on Rollcall a bit to mess around in BR5, like digging big trenches that span across the map
I ain’t gonna stick around on a match where I’m the only one playing the objective and we’ve lost the first one in under 3 minutes. And I’ve had matches like that back to back.
No way would I want a shame badge on my nickname. Considering I stick out losses, I don’t deserve that. I just don’t want to fight the whole enemy team on my own.

- I don’t quit games I quit teams
- I play to prove something
See a poll not designed to shame anyone
I approve of people that fight to prove themselves also those who are there to play a game and have fun, I sometimes would make both choices that’s how to make a poll not trying to get votes and win but trying to understand people

I personally would stick in the match just to try to drive them insane from hit and running with a engineer/sniper or just try my best to stop the massacre if I think my tanks and planes can fix it

Don’t get me wrong I still stick in the match for at least half of it, but if I have more squad deaths than kills and my team still hasn’t caught on to protecting / attacking the objective, it just isn’t that fun of an experience.

Fair, I just like finishing matches I started

I do to, it’s not fun to start a match only to leave, but a match that is going to last around 5 minutes is also not fun. Spending the entire match just to get to the point with only one soldier left not fun. Looking around to see a tank in the gray gently lobbing shells. To see every team mate cluttering bombing runs, snipers and mortar teams.

Please note that I am proposing the use of this mechanic when a certain daily limit is exceeded (I suggest three, for example); in other words, this mechanic does not prevent players from leaving the game under extremely unfavorable conditions within the team, but rather penalizes players for abusing this opportunity.
poll text its biased to avoid the no option , change it to a more accurate sentence or just yes and no

For some reason, I can’t edit the poll; I’m getting an error “An error occurred: You cannot change a poll after the first 5 minutes.”
Besides, the issue of bias is quite relative. I consider both approaches legitimate; it’s just that frequent desertion is clearly immoral and is criticized by players who don’t practice it. Also, deserters generally don’t care about that. So I tried to describe both points of view in neutral terms, just as they are.
Neutral terms. This is saying “Yes, fuck those guys” and “No, I’m a piece of shit”. If that’s neutral I’m the Emperor of India

Dear and esteemed Emperor of India, that is correct; that is what I meant (since that is precisely what the practitioners of the two playing styles have in mind), but I did not express it using the same words you used, which is why I referred to this method “in neutral terms.”
Tf am I supposed to do if the game first throws me to Stalingrad with Panther M10, then to Berlin with with T-28, then to Rzhev with post war Soviet jets?
Obviously I’m gonna quit that bs.
Maybe fix this first?

Well some people care about their time and don’t waste their time on shit maps or shit game modes so they leave in the beginning of a match, why would ordinary player that cares about having fun with things he likes should be punished but not the devs that didn’t implement map picking system after 3 years of merge?
