Chi Nu II for BR3

Many people have already made posts and comments asking for him in BR3 but now I will give the final argument why he has to go to BR3

First let’s compare the armor of Chi To and Chi Nu II

Chi to has very good armor for a Japanese tank

Now look at the Chi Nu II armor, it doesn’t make sense for it to be BR4 with such weak armor.

Now the worst of all

THEY ARE FROM THE SAME SQUADRON, WHY WOULD I USE THE CHI NU II WITH MUCH WORSE ARMOR THAN THE CHI TO IN THE SAME BR

Put it in BR3 before the update

50mm - Panzer III J has 50 mm, and that one is a BR1 tank

Which is still utter garbage compared to most BR4 or even Br3 tanks.

Chi-To is still only comparable to the M10 Wolverine, but with a thin roof… but Japan has few good tanks so I understand that their armour TT is stretched.
But! Chi-Nu II is basically just a Panzer IV F2 with a slightly better gun and is not worthy for BR4 at all, the Panzer IV H which was even better than Chi-Nu II was moved to BR3 so why this tank was added for BR4 is beyond me.

They are making the same mistake they did in War Thunder - Chi-Nu 2 has BR 4.3 there, while Pz.4 F2 with practically the same cannon has 3.3. Meanwhile, Chi-Nu has worse armor and bigger size.
In our game the difference is even worse, since Chi-Nu has no coax MG to fight infantry, it having BR higher than Shermans with their stabilized 75mm cannons with armor pen 2x the thickest armor of Chi-Nu, is a joke.

For some reason the devs really like to overtier every japanese vehicle. I bet if japan got m4 sherman or t 34 76 it would be br 4-5. They literally made japanese tiger h1 br5 while german one is br 4 even tho they are the same vehicle

okay, we’ll forward it

Heavy Tank №6 is NOT an H1, the latter one’s main downside is smoke mortars on the hull upper corners, which block the gun rotation. Japanese one doesn’t have those.

I’d rather say H1 has weaker cupola armor and no MG there.

It is tiger with H1 hull and E turret without pintle mounted MG.

There’s no reason to play japanese pure BR4 lineup. So it doesn’t matter if this tank is BR4 or BR5.

So when will you fix the problem that the motorcycle can’t get wet and is prone to overturning?

I think it’s purely a matter of DF’s work efficiency. A regular job has to be done in two major updates. This way, it seems like there’s a lot of work, and it avoids the situation where there’s nothing to do after everything is completed. Just think about how long it took to move from BR4 to BR3 on the Panzer IV H.

Overall, considering the situation, both of these tanks should actually be assigned to BrⅢ. Even M shouldn’t remain in BrⅢ; he is merely a large version of the ⅢJ with a 75mm gun. Even its frontal armor couldn’t withstand the Sherman’s attack. So, what right does he have to stay in BrⅢ? Regarding the caliber? In Japan’s entire technology tree, basically everything is continuously getting larger Panzer IV H. Who could have imagined that a Panzer IV as large as the Tiger II could be assigned to BRⅤ?

True, literally only plays 4-5. So it won’t make a difference for the Tiger.
