Premise:
I’ll start by saying that, i kinda like the idea of having dedicated " Logistic " vehicles in the riders.
which i do hope in the future we’ll get ammo opel blitzes, medical M3 jeeps etc etc for all nations.

and quite possibly, i’m the number 1 rider enthusiast.
Not many people uses bikes passed br II. and i do own all type of bikes within the game:

Receits

( my premium just run out. so i’m effectively locked out of my own presets. nice. but anyway )

( Except the russian DS39 bike… only yet though but was conflicted due to being a proto. same as the WLA bike. which i rarily use, but it is one among the best bikes )

so i’d consider my self more than qualified on the subject.

With that being said though,
The Medical R75 is a bit hastily done. ( … even if i might end up buying it eventually. )

because right now, there are a couple of issues imo with it:

  • the bike still uses the mg34
  • Bikers are Medics, but the UI doesn’t work correctly
  • These “medics” can’t see their Syringe pool
  • the bike it self is straight up similar to the already existing counterpart with just medkits

So here are my changes that would make me incline to buy it as it would be something different entirely:

Main Suggestion

1) Change the soldiers class from Rider to Medics

because right now, while they are medic, if you play as these riders, you can unkowingly heal others if you press F without you knowing.

And bots will start healing others as they know they are medics.
but players have no way of knowing who is injured or not, because the game priorities the rider UI over medic UI.

leaving you unaware of who is injured and not.

2) Change the main armament of the bike to be a mg42 or remove it’s gun entirely

so that, it’s not a copy of the weaponised with ammo varient.
Imo, should be different too:

or even, have access to the gun-less variant that is in the files:

  • Replace it with a MG42
  • Replace it with a MG15
  • Replace it with a MG34 Patronomel
  • Replace it to have No Armaments
  • Leave it as it is

if i did it ( making a functional Mg42 bike ), and developers can most certainly do it, i don’t see that why shouldn’t be a thing.

Beside, if you are using the bike for offense capabilities, it should be a tad bit better.
or, considering it’s not it’s intended role, or have no machineguns either.

last but not least,

gloves are clipping with the drillich jacket on the engineer soldier:

MG-42 250

as an analogue of a Soviet motorcycle with a long machine gun belt

Okay, this new motorcycle medical team is indeed pretty good, but as Erica suggested, some bugs definitely need to be fixed, otherwise it will be very awkward to use.

I’d prefer for it to be scrapped entirely however i admire your ideas to improve it.

Lost in translation? How is it even remotely “good”

well, being able to supply your team is a good thing.
offers more ways to play support.

and can be eventually be even more usefuls in PVEs or mods.

which we aren’t able to do on our own with the tools that we have.

but it could be even better as described.

They are actually medics. They have medical bags so they should be able to use syringes. A fun thing is that they have perks for both rider class and medic class. (bought the squad because it’s test server and I was curious)

mhhhh

turns out, they are medics, but you don’t get the Medic UI when someone is hurt.

for example,
if you place barbwire, walk upon it and switch to one of these supposed medics,

you can use syringes, but you don’t have the UI telling you when a soldier needs healings due to being injured despite being supposedly medics.

here is with an actual medic squad:

speaking of syringes, unlike actual medics, you can’t see how many you have as a biker.

it’s an UI Bug.

but you are technically correct, they are medics.

i’ll update the suggestion.
