At the moment, I see we have a very small variety of choices. I was hoping to get more naval assaulters and I was ready for it. But it’s not available yet as I see

It’s really lame it’s not all customizations pieces from all premium squads you own.
For example I own premium German guerillas, but their cosmetics are not in the box. So I cant buy them.

Really ? Because as far as I am aware you can get the funny soviet sword in the P2W boxes but you cannot get the funny armor, I really wonder why.
you can turn all germans into civis too

Huge blow to those who are hunting squads, because we now have 52% for customisation not 39.5%, and only 1% increase on Gold drops. At least if you got a silver chest you had another chance for a squad.

You can spend 500k silver and don’t get any sword Japan can buy them for 200 silver each sword
It’s true that the loot box has been tweaked since the last update, but only slightly, and it still has plenty of flaws. The only major adjustment was removing the 15% chance to win silver coins. To make matters worse, there is no pity system at all, while even the premium boxes in War Thunder have one.
Second, most of the outfits in the box are just unlockables that you can keep drawing duplicates of. Spending 300 gold just to get a duplicate outfit is a terrible waste. On top of that, they stuffed the pool with weak weapons. My friend pulled two construction hammers in a row. It’s ridiculous to throw useless cosmetic items like these into the prize pool.
We demand a pity guarantee, and all duplicateable outfits should be removed from the box, just like how event crates are curated.
I was looking forward to seeing the Japanese body armor and German double-layer combat helmet added to the pool, but instead we only got old event exclusive cosmetics such as the Charlton Machine Gun Squad hat.
Without a pity system, opening these boxes is just throwing money away. I’d rather spend my gold on War Thunder instead. Why would anyone choose this game’s loot boxes?

I think we should hold off for now. Our minimum demand is the addition of a pity system. When War Thunder first released its premium loot boxes, they already included a pity mechanic. This game is clearly drawing inspiration from War Thunder, yet it refuses to implement the same guaranteed drop system here.
The outfits you unlock from these crates can be rolled again in subsequent pulls. Isn’t that an obvious rip-off?

Yeah the customization will expand over time, there is a lot of issues (clipping and such) that need to be corrected first for a number of premium items

It will be expanded in the future of course, like the chests! Some bugs need to be ironed out too first, then they’ll be available to buy more of directly.
