Possibly, but also may be based on the country you live in and their local rules (and if you ever used a VPN or answered the pop-up asking if you were from a certain country when the Silver Boxes were implemented).
If none of these things, then a bug report would help here with log files most likely.

I just don’t like people who think they’re entitled to dictate the price.
The price determines itself. Either there are people willing to pay it, or the seller is forced to lower it.
There is obviously a target audience for these boxes. Yet some people feel left out because they’re not willing to pay the price.
Exclusivity simply matters. It always has and always will.
We don’t live in some commie utopia where everyone is entitled to get free Apple products, free luxury cars, and so on.
This game is already completely for free. And you definitely do not need cosmetics that are present in these boxes.
No one’s forcing you to buy these boxes. You can get items that are included in some other way, or it’s literally just skins.

Monetization aside, the devs should have realised right away that “customisation” is directly linked to personal preference. In other words the satisfaction from customisation always build upon the individuals ability to choose.
Gambling is literally the opposite of that.
Now back to Monetization - giving people the ability to customise their army in “premium” uniforms would massively increase the desire for players to spend gold on infantry squads. Personally I have spent quite some money on this game, but only bought tons of vehicles, premium infantry squads never seemed interesting enough for me, particularly because I always cycle 3 times the same squad type and weapon, which cant be done with prem squads. However visual customising all my squads the same way would be cool again.
I doubt the devs need to add any more artificial value to premium squads by adding yet another paywall.
Just giving out those premium uniforms to owners for free alone would already increase value for prem squads immensely. Just look at vehicle camos, how many people spent a bit of money here and there just for a paintjob - visual customisation is very important to modern video games.

Hi Major, there are no restrictions on chests where I live; the silver chest appeared normally! I also don’t use a VPN. How can I resolve this? Should I open a support ticket with the game?
