Does wthis mean that, for example, premium/event snipers will have 16 Vitality points (while tech tree snipers cannot have 16 Vitality points)?

In fact, customizing that is not really about a bunch of bonus cards stacked up. Rather, it’s about all these people cooperating with each other there, being honest with each other, and engaging in mutual fraud. Also, with only one 300-card, if a group of people cooperate for such a long time, they can also come up with such a problem. These are two different matters. Due to the latter reason, the former problem was also solved by them, causing great hardship for the players. I won’t say much about this. But I believe that, for squads we already have, we will not be compelled to respec them, we will be able to keep their current perks if we want (please can someone confirm/deny?).

I would like to say that since the failure at Nomonhan, Japan must have built quite a few things in Manchuria, that is, the area controlled by the Kwantung Army. It is said that they constructed various large-scale fortifications with heavy artillery, such as the Tiger Head Fortress and other similar ones. What I want is at least something like the machine gun bunkers and anti-aircraft guns that can be used in some places in Moscow.

Well, I don’t think so.
In fact, when the stats were changed, all the perks that were set were removed and changed to the default perk.
This is what actually happened in the past.

Good question, if this is a total rule then it would also apply to vehicles right? Tank crews with vitality could potentially be p2w - even if it having only little effect.

Does this mean that the gold order soldiers we have will have their level/typing increased?
I have Tanker II with gold orders that are lower than the Tanker III.

My gold order sniper should be the highest level Sniper III etc.

Does this post mean that they will be increased to the highest level for that solider classification?

I think it’s better if tech tree also get it that it’s at minimum 16 as well on the max tier atleast it makes a reason to use higher tier soldier if it get’s no negative stats

Cant wait to convert my Soviet M3 Lee squad into budget assaulters, gonna be pretty funny tbf.

All “disabled” BP soldiers should receive maximum points.
All old 4-man premium squads should get a fifth soldier with a default weapon. Or there should be an option to purchase modifications for gold. For example, the MP18 squad should look like the Erma EMP 36.
Replace one rifleman with an engineer in 9-man premium squads.
In game we have “M3 Field Mod.” (version with 4 and 5 soldiers). Why not improve all old squads?
