The addition of m1921ac has made many paying players upset. The devs sold this same weapon at a very high price in the last april fools event. Unlike rest of the guns that were sold at the time this one was actually unique weapon and not a skin like the mg 42 and rd 44. Because of the timer i think many players bought it due to FOMO since it there was no guarantee it would come back. Now the devs are adding the same weapon (with slightly different wood colour) into tech tree making the paid weapon less unique. I am sure not many people would have bought it if they knew that it will just become a boring skin. It feels like a big middle finger for paying customers and i have no idea why the devs are intentionally pissing off the whales.
Before you release the update please change the m1921ac a bit. Take the 100 round drum 3d model from m1921 nkvd and slap it into the m1921ac. You can also copy the reload animation from nkvd tommy. That way the paying players still have a unique 50 round m1921ac while tech tree will finally get the long requested 100 round thompson. Easy change and will make this update a little bit better.
Just for the record i didnt buy that overpriced tommy but i still think it is scummy. Giving the tt one 100 round drum would literally be a win win and it would require minimal effort for the devs
If that thing still has its broken dispersion like the broken PPSH it’s not acceptable and when it comes to the 100 round Thompson the allies are dreaming 'cause unless they plan to give some sort of 100 round machine gun to the Germans for that TT it’s not gonna happen otherwise they just break more balance 'cause if they get it they’ll have a 100 round Thompson and a 100 MG while Germany is still God knows where.
This wasnt made clear before the purchase. Nobody knew the gun would be tt in the future. Keep in mind that rest of the skins sold during the event were for guns that already existed in tt back then. Nobody could have known that this weapon will just become a skin and im sure barely anyone would have bought it if they knew
And for what? Because i rationalize and actually find light in the shitty bundle they released and don’t want them to change the thing that has been in files for long time

Anyone who knew what’s up knew that there was still this gun in the files and therefore didn’t have to buy the prohibition… this was the same pattern as all the other halloween guns in that regard.
Fall victim to fomo, and then think you should be catered to because of that… it’s not how it works.
It was what like 40$?.. then they dangle their credit card like a carrot on a stick like it’s the only way to get to them… they already got your money sucker. (i also did this out of spite)

A slightly different situation but i was a bit irritated when kv2 1939 came out and yes the no MG is a major part but face it we bought it for the 152mm… i got over it in just a bit and granted there is a valid reason there because you can spawn two for whatever reason.
You are encouraging Gajin to continue it’s shitty practises and making excuses for them, when the probation version was released the standard version wasn’t in the game so this lead players to believe they were purchasing a unique weapon.
But even if buyers did know that they were buying a skin, the US tech tree already has a 50 round Thompson, I’m not saying it only has to have 1 but there are more important additions that the US tech tree needs, like a higher capacity smg.
Honestly they could make this BP… give it the 100 rd and it would be a condors counter.
Technically it was… in the files as i said and if you are spending money on the game and alternatively go deeper into the forums to complain about it you should be in the know of those things… which i was, when the prohibition released someone then mentioned normal version is still in files and showed pics so i held off.

And this is why germans should get atleast the kp 31sjr from editor. After the br changes germans have no br 5 smg in tt. But for whatever reason devs only added guns for 2 nations this update while leaving the rest with nothing even tho the editor has content that germans and ussr could use
I don’t know about that, I think the event one where players bought it for gold should have the 100 round one instead. Similar to the Conors and that one soviet 90 something round mags PPD.
