Change the activity scoring system

So from what I see from people around me(through qq and bilibli aka chinese ver. of youtube) and my own feeling the current activity scoring system sucks and have already make people choose to quit the game and play other games. And its not only because the 15k requirement but also get 15k per day which just feel like working.
So here is my solution. lets say an activity last for 20 days just for the sake of this argument. the first 14 days will unlock day by day. BUT missing one day does not mean lost the chance of getting that day’s reward. For example if it said 5k per day but for some reason I missed the 1st day I can just get 10k in day2. If I got back to play at day 14 then I can just get 70k in day 14. Then you leave the next 4 days for players to get scores AND in the last two days. Get some 2x or 3x socring in the activity.

The point necessary per task are fine as the scoring system, is the stupid 1 task a day the problem

I was going to create my own thread on the subject but this seems close enough. I am seeing this trend more and more often. We seem to have a combination of people who would rather AFK than participate, people who are frustrated and quit rather early, or both.

I think the 50% bonus to winning is a good incentive to win in a vacuum, but I believe the game needs a couple more additions to the system to make it less toxic. Maybe the top 3 players on the losing team get a 25% bonus, creating incentive for players on a losing team to stay instead of quitting, to save their bonus XP or just seek a more enjoyable match? Perhaps the bonus XP can be applied after a match to optimize bonus XP use, possibly even streamline the XP grind (which I believe most players would appreciate)? Perhaps inactive play should have some form of deterrence, so people don’t resort to filling in slots that could instead be filled by active players in a match?

I believe all of these behaviours exist because they either optimize the XP grind, or provide a more rewarding way to play. If Enlisted can make playing the game rewarding even for a losing team in some fashion (while also incentivizing winning), the game would be in a much better place.
