If don’t have a roof or can’t turn face, it’s not an all-rounder.
The absence of a roof means that it can be destroyed even by HE Shell, and it can be easily destroyed by shell and bomb’s frag from enemy planes (even far away), and even by being shot and destroyed by enemy infantry.
We also have Pz4E and Pz4F1, even if it’s not Pz3N.
The performance of the three is almost the same anyway.
The difference is that the front armor are a little better.

Pz4F1 is better than Pz3N because of the warhead load amount.
Even if Cromwell V is added anyway, Pz4F1 is the strongest among the 4 factions to kill infantry.
Pz4F1 is best because of its similar firepower and overwhelmingly fast reload.
All round 75 would be the 75mm M3, 75mm KwK L43+ and 75mm Type 3 which have acceptable barrel length making them effective against tanks while still having good anti infantry performance
The tanks you listed have short barrel cannons which have low velocity resulting in lower penetration but a quicker reload making it better against infantry… i won’t lie and say these are particularly bad against the tanks they face but by literal means i wouldn’t consider them all rounders
All around cannons in BR2 are the 45mm 20-k, 50mm KwK39, 57mm 6pdr and japan their only option really is the ho-I
The only ones you mentioned that apply are 57mm and 50mm. So pz3j1 and pz 3m is the only all around tank by ur metric as the crusader lacks too much in armor.
I’m mean if you want to pick at what i said sure… soviet 45mm performs quite well with the shells soviets get… however it is not nearly on the level of crusader or 50mm
I also think armor is an irrelevant topic if it can’t stop the most common shells outright like what used to be 2H vs 75/76mm as it’s really only a facade… you get shot and you have basically lost the battle you are reliant on having the right amount of crew and not getting certain components destroyed but this is remedied by spotting the tank first by being the better player in which case armor is also irrelevant but that is another story.
Hell… does the sherman even outright stop the 50mm? I don’t think so… however i know it bounces the short 75 of the pz 4 f1 if not shot correctly… further proving that it’s not an all around tank.

Sometimes you can be dragged to BR3, but that shouldn’t be the main one, and it’s a problem that have to reduce or eliminate the probability of going up BR in the matchmaking design in the first place.
The meh gun ur refereeing to has more pen and quicker reload than the Sherman 75 without sacrificing he. It can also potentially receive a aphe round with 20mm more pen than the American 75. So try a little harder buddy
if you want to handicap yourself that’s fine but the 75 kills tanks just fine, I have no reason side grade to the Cromwell it’s not bad tank it just doesn’t beat Sherman anywhere it actually matters.
