Change caliber with cartridge type

It might not be the first time someone say this, but It’s bother me that the game stat show caliber rather than cartridge type.

Caliber don’t really show how much powerful the bullet is compared to other, like both soviet LMG have the same 7.62 caliber. So, it’s kinda confusing for someone not familiar with weapon. (me too when I first join, took me not that long to realize tho)

here I made some, current caliber showed ingame and cartridge size. (CMIIW)

Maybe they could give the length and width of the bullets so people could easily compare, like .45 acp would be 11mmx23mm while 9mm parabellum would be 9x19mm, etc etc.
