I would like to suggest changing the ammunition loadout of the M4A3 (105) Sherman.
As far as I know, the M4A3 (105) Sherman historically used not only the M1 High Explosive (HE) ammunition but also the M67 High Explosive Anti-Tank (HEAT) ammunition.
At the moment, the tank carries 59 rounds of M1 High Explosive (HE) ammunition. I would appreciate it if the ammunition loadout could be adjusted to include approximately 20–25 rounds of M67 High Explosive Anti-Tank (HEAT), with the remaining 29–34 rounds being M1 High Explosive (HE).
This change would provide a more historically representative ammunition distribution while also giving players more tactical flexibility without increasing the total ammunition capacity.

Do you agree with these historically changes?
The 105 Sherman needs to have only HEAT rounds as a nerf
Historical reasoning? Ha! I don’t care about this tank as long as the only squad that can use it is British.

to be honest: HEAT with 140mm of penetration are in certain situations better then HE only - specially when shooting a Tiger or Panther into the side
So I wouldn’t say it’s a nerf.
HEATs are less effective against infantry. And that’s what matters way more.
So it definitely would be a pretty significant nerf.
HE already one shots Panthers and Tigers consistently, HEAT would be a nerf
Agree BUT you would still have 29-34rounds of HE and you always can refill it
Good, the 105 Sherman is the most broken tank in the game
I was reacting to his proposal. Where he said he would change all the ammo for heats.
You know: HE is quite buggy from time to time - not only when hitting infantry right in the face and getting white hitmarkers but also when shooting tanks from time to time.
But I don’t want to start a discussing: I accept your opinion
With German tanks it’s very consistent, I agree that HEAT should be added but because it would be a nerf

it´s a sshame the P4 F2 stalingrad had HEAT but all other later(!) TT long barrel ones not! The short barrel P4 not thinking about. Special if you see KV1 and KV2 at BR3 with broken hitboxes wich made them frontal near godmode to german TT tanks

Literally all of Germany’s big cannons get heat/apcbc and HE rounds. Let’s not be hypocrites
You must be talking about the German tanks in War Thunder that use heavily modified shells, rather than the WWII German tanks in Enlisted that use standard AP and HE rounds
…???
Literally every single german tank gets HE filled AP rounds of some sort. What are you talking about?
U.S. is the only nation that is forced to use solid shot
Post a screenshot of the ammo types you use for German tanks in Enlisted; otherwise, I’m not listening to your nonsense

And litterly all of “germany big cannons” are on way worse protected hulls and mostly casemates.
