(BTW, did they mess with HVARs again or were I just experiencing a Skill Issue? It felt like they were going all over the damn place)
how is killing a tiger with a bomb a " certified germany mains moment " ?
nope.
the penetration value and range of damage were only adjusted / the one changing.
( i’m sure @Euthymia07 can be more precise of what has actually changed about the HVAR more than i can do )
which apparently, people complains that has been nerfed too much.
personally though, haven’t felt that much of a difference.
i mean sure, you no longer fire in a general direction and somehow kills tanks, but if you aimed consistently, not much has changed at least for me.
as it goes for the rockets trajectory, i haven’t really noticed any differences to be honest don’t think it changed either.
anyway, nice dive bombing i guess.
never gets old.
Skill issue indeed:D
It was changed from 75mm to 36mm a while ago, where you hit had 40mm of armor, so it wasn’t going to do much
thank you for your service
.
Two tigers. Being clumped together like that is definitely a bruh moment
ah i see lol.
Actually its a stupid map design that artificially constrains avenues of approach and options for vehicle maneouvre as well as a restrictive spawn implementation, but do continue with your internet euphemisms ![]()
This is the dominant height map with the giant barn next to the axis spawn while the allies have to defend a trench right? It’s literally one of the most open maps in the entire game with a lot of different approaches for tanks like for example driving behind the barn or driving onto the hill to their left or behind the grain silo. Those two tankers were just being stupid, sitting still on the main road next to each other. They weren’t constrained by the map design at all.
That is indeed a reasonable map but it opens up beyond the spawn choke point. From the snippet of the video it looks like the tanks simply didn’t get a chance to get out of spawn, and again its hard to say what the situation was on the ground keeping them there, and I guess a moot point.
The key issue is that most maps are way too congested with all manner of trash that is trying to immerse the infantry players into the belief that they’re part of a larger battle that has already rolled through a given area, hence the wrecks etc… This is fine for infantry only battles, but whoever made this trash forgot about the other two combined arms contributing to the battle - tanks and airforce. The former needs reasonable maneouvre space, whilst the latter contributes to the constrictive shaping of terrain via a variety of bomb craters depending on the weight of the bomb. Given enough players flying some spawn areas become almost untraversable due to the cratering.
I agree that a lot of maps can be difficult to maneuver in and are way too linear in general, but that’s not the case in this clip. The spawn point for tanks there is way behind that huge red barn and if you look at the clip, the two tanks are on the road next to point so no, they didn’t spawn recently, they had to drive all the way to the first point just to sit there together
Everything is a skill issue at this point.
Hard to say what the reason was, the distance from spawn to junction is not that large, perhaps the flank routes of the spawn were already blocked or camped - too hard to say at this point, we’re speculating.
Bottom line, whilst as you rightly point out this is not the worst map for maneouvre, its a reasonable climb either left or right to clear the initial culvert where the road leads from spawn. That exposes the tanks to anything that sits to the right of the barn and often looks into the bottom spawn. Perhaps that route was already camped… ??? The incline is quite steep and it would be faster to just drive to the cross roads where the terrain flattens out a bit more. Hence the channeling nature of the terrain.
Yeah i know they fixed HVARs to actually work as SAP and not thermonuclear bombs, I meant trajectory
I havent gacha rolled US in a decent while and it felt like they were going all over the damn place
I guess like a week of not spamming them is enough to actually get bad at it again ![]()
(Although, after going back to longer video clip, I did land some seemingly direct hits…)

The Tigors stacking like that was just extra funny, because it’s out of a longer clip, I didn’t just spawn and immediately beeline for the bomb - actually made a few passes with HVARS, so they had time to react (get off the road, under the trees, behind buildings whatever)
Instead, 2nd Tigor, after seeing lead Tigor get hit with 2 pairs of HVARS, decides to stack up for the bomb perfectly…they would have been fine (at least for a while) had they done literally anything but that lol
The longer clip:
And it’s also “Certified USA mains moment”.
