I have a bug which is a few years old, which has an ‘Accepted’ flag, I usually get responses from people like, bug should be fixed now, or more info requested, but this one has accepted as a status
I was trying to work out what that means, it could be either:
Accepted in bug fix backlog but low priority
Accepted known defect and won’t fix
Accepted, something else???
Any ideas, or if you know what it means say below.
they accepted bug report and will work to fix it. also your report could be duplicate and they might have fixed same bug elsewhere and they forgot to mark yours as fixed or it could have been extremely low in their list of priorities.
No my bug is not represented anywhere else, Pacific planes always have wheels down visually even when you raise them
It doesn’t matter what plane, Jap and US all the same.
I don’t think Accepted means that, as I have had loads of bugs reported and fixed. I think it means the other option, it is accepted bug by devs but against the effort of fixing it won’t be fixed and hence got accepted status.
