Can't use Toggle(sticky) zoom aiming. it stuck after sprinting or death while aiming

I want to use toggle (sticky) zoom aiming. but it has a problem mentioned in the topic. like the zoom doesn’t reset when I stop aiming, so it stays toggled on when I’m not aiming. Then when I press RMB to aim again, it toggles the zoom off instead. I found topics like this only from 2–4 years ago. Is it fixed but my control setting wrong?

I don’t think this is a bug. I think its a toggle error human thing like. I get it cos being on consle and slip of the left stick toggles this zoom on, during bsttles helps but after it gets stuck like theres a lag when toggling off and on and off and on again. Dunno maybe i got what u explained…
