Someone else posted this (same issue) in 25’ tis still an issue, it happened after the game crashed and I rejoined the game. Always happens in that order.

I seen this in custom games sometimes, maybe because a bot took your place already?

Thankyou perhaps that is so, I was only a minute max and I cant tell because the scoreboard only showed me.
This happened to me as well. Have screenshot somewhere, will upload when i find it.
I don’t think it’s because of a bot. First, what is with all teammate names being replaced with “teammate” instead of their name? That’s buggy as hell. Then, why allow you to rejoin if you can’t play? Also, scoreboard shows just me on 1 side, and no one on the other side.
Additionally i initially thought the same, and waited almost 10 minutes and never had the option to spawn in.
It’s actually my only desertion on record, after sitting there hoping to rejoin the game for way too long…

If it’s at the start of the game I’ll leave but last few minutes I’ll just leave it to finish, it just sucks, wasn’t necessarily thinking it’s because a bot took my place but I’m open to ideas. posted a bug report.
Yeah, i "yes, and"ed your bug report with a specific game reference. Hopefully that helps.
