In the test server, soldiers are several times more expensive than before, and their skill points are still random. The random skill points of soldiers should be canceled, at least a method to complete these attribute points the day after tomorrow should be added

Or there should be option to train them (meaning obtain missing points if player is unlucky).
If I am not mistaken, similar function was already in game back then.

Only thing i can remember is back in academy days soldiers that would come back would have their stats randomized again, but it was 33% chance to even get that specific soldier.

I agree. Just remove the stat RNG considering they will be much more expensive I think this is fair.
