You can simply refer to what Adam said…
All factions will have at least 1 medic squad, which is just perfect (many complained they preferred assaulters 1 over medics). Thanks to the conversion, you’ll have the choice to bring either ones (or both).

Yeah, all campaigns should have medics! I am just interested in the Invasion of Normandy. That is a better idea!
