Can we please get a slider/checkbox for the tinnitus ear ringing effect after an explosion?

basically what the title says, both me and a bunch of people in my friendgroup who i play (or played) enlisted with got tinnitus and although realistic the explosion ear ringing effect in many games including this one is just too much, causing our actual tinnitus to play up and by extend headaches, causing massive discomfort

the unsteady gun and blurred vision after an explosion do a good enough job to avoid being able to shoot the guy that just missed his explosive pack/nade back immediately

sorry if this has already been asked and shot down but could there be a slider to lower the volume if its required to not be able to turn it off outright as that may give an advantage

i am just asking for a bit of accomodation for people with issues like tinnitus (like myself), if its not possible i’d be ok with it too, i’ll just keep playing and deal with it as there isnt another game scratching the same itch for me

I second this. The tinnitus/concussion effect is hyper-realistic, sometimes I get motion sickness and have to take the headset off for a bit to reset my brain lol

Maybe if there was a bit less of it it’d be more bearable, but things tend to explode a lot in this game!

its just unbearable at times, the amount of explosions sometimes makes it complete minutes at a time of the ear ringing effect. which wouldnt be so bad if there were a way to tone it down to accomodate people with a non impairing but quality of life affecting issue.

i’m not asking for the moon or something out of question here, warthunder has a slider for it aswell which shows its within the realm of possibility.

thank you for adding your experience to it, it helps me understand how it affects others aswell
