Can we drop the 82mm Mortars to BR III pls

Hello Dev’s the upgrade from the 50mm mortars is actually quite important for the Germans and Soviets. The ass pluck of a BR stab that places them at BR V is a bit of an overreaction.

Please drop it down to BR III so ppl can actually use them to good effect. There are plenty of other cool toys to play with at BR V, mortars are the least appealing of them.

Sorry son, the 80mm mortar can one shot tanks…

What’s that got to do with anything. If you sit under arty at BR I - V you’re likely to get damaged/destroyed… At least you have to aim with the mortar and chances are the tank may not be there when the round lands.

Why not giving nukes to everyone at BR 1 ?

Jesus WTF is wrong with you ?

Because the 80 mm mortars can easily destroy any tanks in the game. You just need to aim, which is not that difficult given that you get the exact distance from a tank when it is marked.

Also only two faction have them currently, that would not be fair and would entice for even more seal clubbing.

i’d say yes,

but then the snowball effect would occour.

players in br 1 and 2 would get decimated by heavy mortars…

dunno.

perhaps a restriction should be in order.

if you get uptiered, you can use them.

if not, those will be exchanged with the lower mortars.

( can be done in mods, but… not sure devs are capable of doing that… or will )

*medium mortars

12cm mortars doesn’t exist yet… imagine mortars with soviet IS2 gun HE blast and damage…

i mean.

those are the heaviest mortars we got so far.

aren’t they?

so… technically, for the game, those are heavy mortars.

i mean, they can destroy tanks.

one might argue that those can and are powerfull but yeah, i get what you mean.

At this point, anything can be possible if the game doesn’t falls apart wth all the bugs and pasta coding…

This is because most heavy tank (especially KT) players think they are invincible and stay where they are.
Just maintain a small amount of maneuver to avoid mortar fire.

Rather than the battlefield being dominated by automatic rifles and FPS gameplay, I would rather see the battlefield dominated by a party with efficient information cooperation.
