Can we add a feature to supplement soldier attributes with silver

In fact, most players select soldiers with perfect attributes to train up to 5 stars. Why don’t we just add an extra 3000 or 5000 to allow soldiers to directly obtain full attributes?
You can also choose to use a refurbishment method similar to War Thunder accessories to lower the prices of all newly acquired soldiers, fix their attributes to the lowest, and later let us choose to spend money to upgrade their attributes to perfection,

I will try to provide a few solutions:
If the current situation remains unchanged, a way to supplement attributes can be added, such as using soldiers to kill a certain number of enemies, obtaining battle heroes, and participating in a certain number of battles. (It’s also very reasonable for soldiers to grow in battle, right?)
2. Soldiers can spend silver for additional training to perfect their attributes,
Newcomers may not deliberately filter out soldiers with full attributes, but they feel very frustrated when they realize that they can only sell the soldiers they have worked hard to train. DF has made many drastic changes to the underlying code in the past year, such as soldier skills and equipment technology trees. Obviously, the current random attributes do not match the game version.

I don’t imagine this would happen - you’d only have to fill a set of sqauds and the soldier shop would be redundant. It would also devalue gold order troops almost entirely.

At the moment though, you can get perfect stats every time by buying the gold order troops. OR - it costs very little to effectively re-roll your stats. Buying the tier 1 soldiers for example costs 3000 silver - you can immediately sell them for 2850 if you don’t get the stats - so if you don’t get a perfect roll, you can sell and re-purchase for 150 a time. Thankfully you can even do it in bulk now and easily see if the stats have max rolled!

Unfortunately it’s not that simple: to get that price the soldier has to be fully upgraded. When you first buy them, they are 1 star and only worth 2650. The cost multiplies with each higher teir of soldier.

The cost of buying and immediately selling a soldier, respective of tier is 350/675/850/1075. If you had a 20% chance of rolling a maxed soldier, it would take a average of 5 rerolls; increasing the total cost per max soldier by ~50%. That’s assuming you get lucky and it doesn’t take you ten tries or more to get a perfect roll.
