I haven’t played Moscow in over a year and I was wondering if I could use my Valentine without having to worry about not being able to pen certain Panzers. If anyone has feedback it’d be greatly appreciated.

you can penetrate from the front only in the lower left ammo rack (right if from the perspective of a tank in front)
you can also destroy its cannon
but everywhere else is quite hard to pen
(againts a panzer F2)
no? you can penetrate the turret and the driver’s plate

Of course, although there are many more shots, assuming that an opponent in an F2 is decent, the valentine will be probably lose the fight

Hmm I have valentine, but what about the M3, isn’t that better? I have both…
I don’t have the M3 and currently don’t have 50 bucks to spend on it, but from what I’ve read on the reddit and forum the Valentine has meme frontal armor which is extremely hard to pen on top of having a low profile, compared to the M3 which has a beefy 75MM gun on one hand but is a tall glass cannon on the other, they have two things in common though, they’re both slow as hell and are both Lend Lease vehicles.
M3 has better cannon but your armor is paper thin so you will get destroyed by anything at any time, especially by F2s that don’t need to use wonky aiming of 75mm. It’s still better vehicle since you have 2 cannon that can use HE and 2 machinegunns so you can easily murder entire squads and then when they get pissed off they will spawn plane and bomb your ass with 99% of chance of killing you (you can’t run at all since you have mobility worse than is-2). With new MM if it won’t need to fight vs F2 it would be even better.

I wish more tanks like the valentine or the Churchill would instead be regular tanks, instead of premium locked.
