Same here - pretty much every battle, irrespective of faction or BR.
Friendly troops perform worse than bots (and I can clearly see they ARE human players - unbelievably) - running straight at the enemy down the centre - or just hiding paralysed in fear and incapable of attempting any alternative strategy. They repeatedly go to the exact same place where they were killed previously and attempt to shoot the sniper that got them - and fail every single time.
I just stopped playing the squad game completely. The AI were dumb enough but real players seem to be even worse.
Enemy team don’t even have particularly good players - there’s just so many more of them who aren’t acting totally dumb the whole game.
It’s almost like the players on my team are constantly distracted by looking at Facebook while half-attempting to play the game.
However, a friend of mine just started playing and is winning every game and coming top 3 in every game - yet is totally new to Enlisted and unfamiliar with using bolt-action rifles. Maybe BR1 players are given special treatment until they reach BR2 ?
I watched one of his games, and he was just running around using the basic bolt-action and didn’t even realise he could pick up SMG’s/MG’s etc. - or even how to melee with the bayonet. He’s been mainly playing USA - who in my experience seem to lose most games - so that’s even more surprising.
(edit - I’ve explained a few more game mechanics to him since then, and sorted out his controls/various settings to optimise ease of gunplay)
Seems like bad luck to me, I did notice increased clan activity and more groups queuing since start if the event so maybe you just had been very unfortunate and ended up playing against good teams.
Fun fact: Japan has lost a lot of it’s popularity and gets defeated at least once in 3 battles now.
Seems like obvious skill issue to me. Since the only consistent aspect in those matches is you.
I dont see it that way. He has engineer score and capture point score and he is top of his team. I dont think he could have done anything better but of course i can be wrong

There you go, you figured this point out.
So chances are you will eventually realize how I truly meant it.
My headcanon is that most “sentient” players quickly figure out to turn off “play all factions” and just turbo stack the overpopulated factions.
All you’ve got left is literal newbies/no thoughts head empty players with no gear and no idea wtf is going on being mulched by overpopulated factions with better gear and usually running squads
And any time a match is shaping up to be competitive, a bunch of dickweeds with best gear and experience will leave… Because despite stacking they lost first OUT OF FIVE points
And of course those new players either quickly start stacking themselves or just uninstall, leavend tell everyone they know to never touch this game
