Can someone please list the 5lvs of a perfect Assaulter 4?
Like at level 1, 2,3,4,5 what a perfect Assaulter 4 in Moscow should have?

Mine is 35% Vitality, 50% chance of surviving a fatal shot, increased ADS speed, reload speed and the 5th perk don’t matter much but would prefer stamina.

He is asking for the best possible perks per level so he doesn’t waste 72 orders in vain trying to get best possible perk Stat at level 5. Not what perks one run.

My Assaulter IVs have like 21/19/20 if that’s what he’s talking about. I dunno if 20 is possible for the 2nd so it will be possible to have vitality and the concussion one(dunno the name of the perk in English).

Again, the best possible perk points for a level 2,level 3,level 4 for, I guess, to not waste orders in vain upgrading them for the best possible soldier perks at level 5.

I don’t really pay attention much to the lower levels as I always 5* soldiers that I need where if the 2nd part is below 16(for Vitality), automatic send to rear.

The minimum and maximum base perk value for level 1-5 is already known, all you have to do is mouse over the soldier type and then add that value to the base level.
