Can someone genuinely explain to me by what criteria suggestions are aknowledged by the devs?

Hello comrades!

About the problem with the owned premium squad cosmetics having to be bought with gold for example:

  • The suggestion had a uncommonly large amount of voters with a clear community vote
  • The suggestion would make the devs profit massively

Why is it being ignored? Players profit, devs profit… i genunienly do not understand. This is a serious question.

It sucks when they ignore these type of polls…

I do not want to switch topics to what suggestion would be better, but for that example i have to say, i can kinda understand why they avoid that. Premium squads give a 100% booster. Meaning if you buy 3 premium squads you can endlessly grind with maximum efficiency in all BRs. They would be interested in making people having to buy more than 3 premium squads for each nation…
So basically a negative argument… (I do NOT say your suggestion is bad though!)

But my post was about the question by what criteria they decide suggestions. For example, the other suggestion above got literally zero negative influences on devs, the players or the game and they still avoid it as well.

It is purely an improvement to the game, the devs earn a lot of money and better reputation and it is insanely easy to implement - yet they do not do it. Why?

I did not want to change the subject, but simply highlight another post that received over 90% approval and many voters, yet was ignored.
That said, I do think the two proposals are actually very similar, as both would allow for better squad customization, something Enlisted actually prides itself on…

I also agree that your suggestion is a pretty simple quality-of-life improvement, and I wonder why the devs would not implement it that way?..
Are they so blinded by greed?

If analyzed, it cannot even be the greed.

LESS PROFIT:
To equip a 7-man squad in one campaign, you need to pay 1.470 gold. For all campaigns you need to pay 8.820 gold. for a single squad! Maybe one out of 100 players would make up his mind and pay 88€ to equip a single squad with cosmetics.
(If an update with one new premium squad uniform comes up =88€ profit for the devs each 100 players)

MORE PROFIT:
Some premium squads got cool cosmetics, which people would like to unlock, but do not want to use the premium squad and therefore not buy it. Others say “30€ for a squad is overpriced already”. Adding this suggestion would make both groups of people more likely to say “yeah i will buy that squad for the uniform” or “unlocking the uniform might justify the prices more”. maybe 10 people out of hundred buy a 30€ premium squad.
(If an update with one new premium squad uniform comes up = 240€ profit for the devs each update)

Why would they not chose the variant where they get more money and a better reputation???

Look at those cool navy cosmetics! I would have bought the squad to unlock the cosmetics, even though i do not need the squad.

Because thats not possible, i will not buy the squad at all. - no reason to do so.

BTW, you can add my yes to that poll. I apparently didn’t see it when it was up. I have been calling for unlocked premium squads for a long time. We pay good money for these squads, and we should have some control over them.

If nothing else, the Dev’s should automatically unlock EVERY squad once you’ve bought a certain amount of squads. The Dev’s need to stop micromanaging, especially for things WE PAY FOR! Just my two cents worth for what it’s worth.

To be honest, I have around 81 premium squads, I think I have more then earned the right to change weapons, and use them in any BR level I need.

because apparently it’s not profitable enough to be selling:

  • premium acc time
  • premium squads
  • gold boxes
  • silver through gold,
  • One time per year Old gold order weapons purchase
  • Squad slots
  • pay to skip battlepass task
  • pay to skip tree research
  • pay to upgrade weapons
  • pay to buy weapons
  • // with soldiers
  • pay to skip squad tree research ( x3 )
  • tank paintjobs
  • bike paint jobs
  • decals in generals
  • exclusive squads from the gaijin store
  • pay uniforms if you ain’t got cards
  • pre orders squads

and probably some else that i’m forgetting smh…
sure, some of them are optionals, but combined, is quite reasonsable.
what isn’t, is the absurd treatment on cosmetics.

remember kids, greed has no limits.

But as i tried to explain here, they would sell more and earn more money if they do it the other way… so if they are insanely gready, wouldnt that way also make more sense still?

They try and charge us for damn near everything these days.
Thomas has never seen such bullshit
