I was finally able to update the game, but now cannot access the CBT.
Not really sure if this counts as a bug report, so it’s going in mess room.

Did you buy the Tunisia CBT package?
Tunisia is in CBT and to play this campaign you have to buy the CBT package.
Also, there are some issues on MS side
