You cant use your binocular with ka mi . Any at gun or tank can can penetrate it and 1-2 two shots is enought to destroy it. You have to be far away from enemy to utilitize your 3 mg and floating ability when your commander popa up his head. Binocular helps so much to mown down enemies from distance, spotting enemy tanks. use them nearly in every tank. Ka mi can be legendary if binoculars are usable with it.

M10 also can’t use binocs even though it’s literally a open top tank
Im very sure us tank destroyer crew used binoculars like every tanker considering average engagement distance in ww2 was 500-1000 meters. . Also ke ni cant use them. This is illogical.
