which you can then later on use it on who you want instead

Too bad golden soldiers are underwhelming.
Besides a little medal and coming full stars, they offer nothing unique over their regular equivalents.
You can’t even use their slots until you upgrade the free ones.

The avatars are the reward for Marshal even if its only 120 days.
The only valuable places to use them are in Tunisia so you can get an Italian Machine Gunner 2, British Machine gunner 2, and a British Fighter Pilot 2.
