As is well known, when we need to get off to repair the tank, or when a crew member dies, the entire crew member’s position order will be disrupted, and their skills will become ineffective.
As shown, Display the crew position on the vehicle structure diagram, then allow us to simply swap them by dragging the numbers with the mouse.
For example, if you drag 4 to 3, the crew at position 4 will exchange positions with the crew at position 3.
(Of course, a shortcut key may be needed to activate the mouse function)
The squad leader should have the right to order the members to exchange positions themselves.

This would be a very convenient ability, and I’m all for increased importance of controlling your squad in any case.

They could even just default back to their own seat when you get back in - and the priority when you no longer have a full squad should be gunner/driver/loader - or customisable in advance. I think that would be easier than having to move them on the fly.
