By the end of Academy, I finally know where those XP overflowed soldiers come from

Due to soldiers only get another retraining point if xp >3200. But lv2 only requires 1600. So many soldiers can get over 1600 xp without trigger a retraining point.

After a update in OBT, academy can save the remained soldier’s xp. But academy won’t trigger the star’s level up. So, a soldier’s xp can overflowed in this situation.

usually that bug disappears when using the squad of the soldier just once in battle, even if he doesnt do anything more than 15 points for assist.
