guys reading the changelog of the new update it says that at the last level of berlin campaign engineers will be able to build pillbox…will the other campaign engineers be able to build pillbox too?
IMO they could have started with making sandbags more durable against indirect explosions and frag grenades but instead of that completely unrealistic feature gets introduced? Wow. Building pillboxes really needs long time , water, concrete but most matches are short battles. Then i would say that implementing stationary armored turrets in Berlin already from the start of the match would be much better idea if more durable strongpoints are needed.

Yeah, I asked Keofox about that in the news thread.
It might be some kinf of tranlation mistake from Russian, like it happened few times before (AT squad full of mortarmen etc.) Until we get a confirmation that it is something new and not simply MG nest there is nothing to worry about.

Google translator gives this when you put the same fragment from Russian update news into it:

oh so they wrote pillbox but in truth is the normal mg nest? yes i can see that…building pillbox is cool a but as adolf_on_meth sais its not something you could build in a short match like the one we have in enlisted

Russian speaker here. Here is what it says:
Level 21.
Engineers at this level are trained to build all the existing structures, including MG nests! Not to mention they come with new guns.
So, no mention of pillboxes.

Yeah, it looks like a translation error - most of the devs are Russian, afaik, so the Russian source is more trustworthy, and it says “MG nests”.
ye understandable…even tho its a bit hilarious… imagine building in 30 second a concrete bunker with a simple hammer XD
