(BUG) MP40/1 squad missing desert uniform for Tunisia

The premium MP40/I squad is afaik the only premium squad German squad that seems to not be wearing desert attire by default for the Tunisia campaign. This suggestion is for them to come with appropriate desert uniform by default like all other German Premium squads.

Technically not a bug, as premium squad appearance is preserved by default where possible if it still matches the climate
And in this case it does, so no change is required
