Bug/feature? equipment switch prompt for same class not working all the time

Whenever you switch two soldiers from your reserves to your squads, if they are the same class but not the same level (assault I and assault II for example. I’m not talking about XP level) you do not get the option to switch their weapons around, despite their only difference being their skillset, not the weapon choices.

Yes, since you can have bagpack options enabled for soldier 1 and not for soldier 2 types. So then its not a complete copy but the client has to select items. Takes more time to program that in and would be the same as cross class swapping. I assume that will be implemented in the future but atm its not.
