(BUG) Commander can't use his binoculars on the Sturmpanzer II

The Sturmpanzer II commander cannot use his binoculars, this bug has been in place since the event and makes it hard to spot enemies. especially in a heavy hitting long reloading open top vehicle.

Hope this can be fixed soon because the sturmpanzer II is a blast to play.

It’s not a bug, half the tanks in the game can’t use binoculars or personal weapons, even some that are open top
