Currently most autocannon vehicles will overheat before complete a full magazine, like the AB-41 will overheat after firing only 6 rounds, which is absolutely ridiculous and bring newbie bad experience about using tank.
There is no need to weaken the anti-infantry capabilities of the autocannon in low BR, after all the infantry support tank from the BR2 is already capable of destroying everything.
They need to remove overheat on tank machine guns entirely. Just like they did with AA guns it could be considered a “second reload” which is excessive and unnecessary. The only tanks that should have cooldowns from overheat are the AA tanks that fire the high caliber rounds the 20mm for example. As for regular tank machine guns that should have zero overheat, Just reloading.
I agree with most of that,but I dont think SPAAs should overheat either,they are the same calibers as normal AA guns but on a bigger target with next to no armour.
