Those are select fire rifles. Automatic Rifles are a type of Light Machine Gun, often designed in WW1, that share similar characteristics to the BAR. Other Automatic Rifles include the Chauchat, Charlton or Farquar-Hill.
Too powerful for who? More things in BR 1 allow new players to compete with up tiers.
