Give us bronze orders for sending soldiers to the rear. I suggest 1 bronze for every 3 soldiers dismissed…
Then let me trade 5 bronze orders for 1 Silver order…

That’s a bit too good an offer, honestly speaking, but I could see it perhaps counting up to 5-10 soldiers before giving a bronze order.
Silver orders for 5 bronze orders is somewhat reasonable, though I’d never use it, personally. Getting an average of 2 soldiers per bronze order is too good a deal to trade for a single guaranteed soldier type at the cost of 5 of those orders, (thus 10 random soldiers for the cost of a single guaranteed soldier). Unless they started adding it so you could randomly get more than a single soldier per silver order like you get off of bronze orders.

that is asking for too much, being able to convert 3 bronzes into 1 silver would be nice tho

The details of how many bronze would be worth a silver can be worked out. The important thing in my op is that they would establish such a system …
I know some folks are happy with the RNG used in logistics … Others would like to be guaranteed to get what they want or need. I see no reason why we cant have both.
Keep the RNG in logistics but also give us the ability to trade bronze for silver …
