They got replays working on console so I’m hopeful it’s possible with game mods too

You know you have a SHARE Button on Playstation? This Feature was wasted energy from Developers.
Nobody with a little Braincell use this while you can Share and Safe everything you want with 1 Controller Button.
Sure, I record videos all the time, it’s a great feature. It’s not the same as replays that allows you to watch from the perspective of other players and from third person cameras.
More importantly, having replays on console means that they can connect the console game to their online web portal for replays. I can even start a replay from my phone and it plays on my console.
Hopefully this same technology can be used to allow console players to start custom games with user made mods in the same way
