Looks like mine explosion power has been nerfed and in fact explosives no longer create a crater.

My guess is they are working to combat the issue where Czech hedgehogs were being taken out by creating a crater below them. This was especially an issue when tanks would just shoot them with an HE shell.

I believe it was fixed in the latest update!
