I know that there it is in the custom battle…but better i tell you put the stupid squad mode in custom and replace it with lone player mode as a main game mode…do not tell me again that it is in custom match area…i am saying to return lone player mode as a main mode as it once was…now we have to wait…most of the times i get kicked off the lobby…huge wait time…you remove squad mode as a main mode and replace it with lone player mode.
Bring the auto match system in the lone player mode like it was and is in the squad mode…

That´s right, it is squads. Putting LF back where it was will solve nothing… it will only make people complain again they have 3vs3 and the rest are bots matches.
Those few people who play LF should get their stuff together and decide what the hell they actually want.
There are maybe like 20 people playing lone fighters at a time on a good day. The overwhelming majority of people play squads, which makes sense since its the gimmick the game is built around
There are plenty of mediocre ww2 fps games out there which are “lone fighters”. Go play one of those if you dont want to play custom
This game player base isnt squad…it isnt even tanks planes or guns…this games player base is here because its FREE then the REALISM…not for any other thing in main…then comes other things…2ndly i really used to like this game with lone player mode…it was great…now i almost flip a coin in every match …that my team has greater number of bots or the enemys…lone player with auto match is really needed…squad gimmick isnt reallistic…most of the time my squad misbehaves…doesnt stay at a point i tell them to me…in real life they would have stayed at a point where ther commander had told them…even if he was 10 km away…i remember when they removed auto matched lone player mode…many complained…whos brilliant idea it was to remove a alternate game mode with the most realism, in a game branded REALISTIC SHOOTER should have recieved a gold medal…
Let them complain if they meet bots at lone player mode…doesnt squad have bots …plenty…in squad gameplay most of the time its luck…if the enemy team has more bots your luck…if your team has more bots you are unlucky…the problem is that this game needs lots of player and more content…that will only solve the bot issue…This game is branded a realistic shooter not some arcade bot squad game…lone player mode was the most realistic and most liked game mode by pro player…when the auto match system was removed many complained…you guys have cut the roots of a growing tree…if this game survives on thats realism in game play…squad isnt that much realistic…bot squad are stupid …they do not stay…and cant hide…they are unrealistic…pls return lone player modes auto match system…the best intense game i played with lots of real actions and with real life players was in lone player mode in custom battle…but due to not being auto matched …the frequency of such games has fallen…now this game is like flipping a coin of which team has more real players…

It actually costs quite a bit to keep the servers up. And now that it is in customs, you dont have 7 three human games at the same time, you have one with 20
The devs always have atleast one LF game with a forced number of bots running in custom iirc. And the reason that it was easier was because the game just filled the match with bots so that you could play
Agreed… But they don’t listen to them. The community has always been extremely vocal about wanting authenticity and historical representation.
What did DF do?
Added jumbo on DDay, prototype weapons everywhere, HEAVY censorship of everything related to nazis (you know, the bad guys that never existed in history for some countries)
Fully automatic squads… etc.
If you want to play as a lone fighter, there’s plenty of other first person shooters out there you can play.
All of the CoD series, all of the Battlefield series, and many…many more. Having squads of AI is part of what makes Enlisted unique.
Uffho…cmon those arent realistic as enlisted even at beta…then LF was is the most realistic mode to exist in this game. This game runs on two things realism and free product …kill one and the whole system will crumble…realisim has been the main target for gaijin …thats why they still survive and can make good games with profit…unlike wargaming net…which is dying of due to arcade thoughts and blatent pay to win…

The basis of the game is squads. Lone Fighter was added later in the game if memory serves me right, and nobody played it that much. I came here, not because it was free, but because Battlefield and CoD sucks. If the game cost $60 on steam I’d have paid it.
YOU may have liked lone fighter, but judging by the player base metrics here, you are in the minority. Also, how is “The squad gimmick” not realistic? Do you study basic battlefield tactics? Do you think troops just receive a general order to attack and then they just scatter and do whatever the want?
They don’t. Squads are very realistic, it’s Lone Fighters/hero shooters that are entirely unrealistic.
Now I will agree with you, that the AI right now is absolute, utter garbage. The squad AI in this game are more useless than the Halo marines on legendary, but they’re working on that, you just have to give it time as they make incremental improvements.
I agree with on squad Ai…let me give you an eg many have tried to build a good tank plane naval game no one has been so much succesfull as war thunder…you know why because of its realisim…lf was good mode as it is the most realistic mode…in future maybe squad Ai will become much better…but for the time they should not kill LFs auto match…
How so?
I can one shot people with LMGs, it doesn’t take nearly the amount of bullets to kill. The gunplay is excellent, the movement system isn’t perfect (get stuck on things that arent actually there sometimes.) But it’s very well implemented.
CoD Series? Mag dump SMG to kill someone, bunny hopping, weapons that fire full sized rifle rounds take five or more shots to kill. I’ve shot someone with a Barret 50 in MW2 before and they didn’t die.
Also, controller aim assist? That game is made as a babysitter for single digit aged kids.
