Apart from full turn time, their stats and loadout are pretty similar to Fw 190 A-8 which is BR3

Someone mentioned the Fw 190, so I am obligated place a reminder that the Fw 190 series flight model remains broken.

The N1K2-J can be given 6 rockets and be saved instead of only 2 but the J2M3 cant be saved sadly.

N1K2-J is one of the late war “doomday propeller plane”
Bf109 K, Ta-152*, N1K-J, Ki-84, P51H*, F4U-4*, la-9* these are the peak of the WW2 propeller plane, should be same BR

not true at all you cant put there Ta-152 or la-9. Its exactly comparable to BF 109 K-4 but its below it however N1K2-J needs to get its 6 rockets instead of only 2 and J2M3 absolutely 100% is BR IV plane. N1K2-J can be also BR IV if F4U-4 is moved back to BR IV.
its not doomsday plane at all they had 400+ produced its normal late war generation plane like the Spitfire LF MK IX.

Both BR4. But that’s because Japan still has planes that could be “better” with Enlisted horrible overtuning issue.

I’d say BRIV is alright but they seem too strong for BRIII

Aren’t you overlooking that FW-190 has the worst turn rate out of all fighter aircraft in the game?

If comparing loadouts it’s pretty much on par with the Fw 190 A-8 but consider both have better turn rates, they better fit at BR4 and should be available for Fighter II squad. They’re overshadowed by Kikka and Ki-84 Ko if staying in Fighter III squad.

Well FW has amazing roll rate and fast cannons and its good boom and zoom even if they fix it no one will dog fight with such plane the only good thing will be that you wont be having random deaths from lag. J2M3 and N1K2 -J has less firepower and less speed so really im not sure will they be too strong for BR III even but Its safe to put them to BR IV and increase the rockets on N1K2-J to 6. But the J2M3 really even at BR IV will be bad. The N1K2-J with 6 rockets can be good BR IV plane.
