Normally I play BR3 with my Allies and almost exclusively with BAR’s, but tonight I played mostly with Semi Auto’s. I had forgotten how good the Winchester M1907 was. I would say the Soviet SVT-38 is the best “tech tree” BR3 semi auto, however my vote for best overall BR3 Semi auto has to go to the M1907. It doesn’t hit as hard as the SVT, but it is a laser and I love the gun sight. My second choice would probably be the Japanese Hino as it has ridiculously low recoil.
Too bad I only have four of the M1907’s.

if you recall the time it was added, other factions got pretty angry and demanded that it gets moved to BR4, rightfully so. I guess we since got used to powercreeping BRs.

As a new player, I am now envious of the privileges that these veteran players have. As a new player, I am unable to enjoy them.
I love using the Hino in BR III.
It’s absolutely undertiered, I hope something is done about it soon.
In the meantime, I’ll continue to exploit this. See it as my service to the community, highlighting this obvious imbalance for everyone I play against.

Yeah, I remember, and I think I told them the M1907 should be tech tree. 
I would as well if my BR3 was not so BAR oriented as I love the BAR A2 just as much. But this squad I just based around the M1907. I need five more so I can arm a nine man rifle squad with them.
