Currently sitting at BR2, the Alecto currently serves no real purpose. Compared to the M8 Scott, it’s crew is much more exposed, it has basically no armor, it has no turret, it has no machine gun, it has double the reload time, and it has a reverse gear that’s almost as bad as the Panther’s.
The only real advantage it has over the M8 Scott is that the 95 mm HEAT shells have 115 mm of pen vs 89 mm of pen on the 75 mm howitzer. But considering the thicket armor plate you’ll find at this BR is the 80 mm plate of the Panzer IV H I’d hardly consider that a notable benefit.
The Alecto is worthless at BR2, so I suggest that it be dropped down to BR1. I’d also suggest a nerf to calm the nerves of the “HE spam” babies, that nerf being to replace all the Alecto’s HE shells with HEAT shells, thus reducing its HE spamming abilities.
At BR1 it will still be vulnerable to literally everything.
