BR I- locked for new players, until they equip BR II
BR II - BR III
BR IV - BR V
New peeps, should not be facing players that drop down to BR 1-BR II
just because they can, and it makes them warm an fuzzy on the inside.
Oh and end this madness of locked maps to BR, please yet another reason to drop down and pwn people, because they can not play the maps they want.
I don’t mind locking off BR I for new players, that would work also, along with the other BR splits - very good suggestion.
However, IF you want to play any equipment on any map irrespective of historical context then why play a WWII game ? There’s no point - just play Fortnight or something…
I disagree with this entirely. I started playing Enlisted in July. The most fun this game has been (after my eyes rolled back into my head from the total wtaf experienced when seeing GIs hit the beach of Normandy carrying a Springfield instead of a Garand) was realizing that if I hunted a Nazi with cool gear, I could raid his corpse and immediately upgrade my shit from a Springfield to an MG42 in one hand and an MP40 in the other.
Picking up an M1C and setting up near an ammo box and a rally point was great fun. The lower you are in the game, the more exciting that is because the larger the spread between “your” weapons and “the best” weapons.
I imagine that being a BR1 in this era of the game is pretty f-ing boring. They can’t ever pick up an MKb42, an MG42, or a Tommy.
Who said that, i mention i would like to play a certain map, that is now locked behind BR,
never mentioned wanting any weapons, for any map, don’t recall voting for this merge either,
so if i wanted to play Tunisia, i can only play it at BR I-II, i was under the impression of.
Just think it silly to lock the maps, that’s all i mention
Think they mean more like the drum Thompson being geolocked to Normandy despite being a Tunisia weapon
ah ok my bad, I didn’t pick up on that at all. Sorry I was thinking of a better future state of equipment distribution, I didn’t think about the fact that they had previously locked specific weapons to specific campaigns - that was not helpful
Yeah ok, if the historical context is suitable then any weapon used in a given location/map should be fair go from the pool of weapons they currently have in game.
I even went to trouble to make a just Tunisia side BR II to play it, with out any other squads or guns from other campaigns thinking i would some how, get just Tunisia, and Tunisia is locked to BR I-III
But it doesn’t work like that, so now i just run Owens in Pacific, and pacific marines paras in Tunisia, lol
Yeah hence why I thought preferred map system, with some tweaking, would’ve been better

At the end of the day you should play what historically works best for you.
I made up “Stalingrad” time period German and Soviet line ups, at BR III and atm that’s what I’m running to finish off the tech trees. Mind you 80% of the games as the Germans I end up in Tunisia. I’ve played a decent number on Moscow Maps, a fair few of Berlin and the odd Stalingrad game, but interestingly no Hurtgen Forest yet…
that’s what i mean u make a squad for a map, but now it throws you to another and you have units in, that you wouldn’t take in, anyway, bah to all.
And if i play my German Tunisian army, i can now go to Moscow, and i never even played that campaign, due to all snow/white screens hurts me old eyes, hence i never played snow maps.
Which i absolutely hate, because the Moscow maps look big and detailed, would of loved tp play, if most weren’t snow 
creating third queue would end up with more bots being added to a game, though redirecting them to br1 to fight new players so they can comfortably gain experience and how the game works is pretty smart outcome.
i’ve been playing japan now from scratch and from what i’ve seen i bet it wouldn’t be easy for new players.
yea, in my case on the other hand i always avoided pacific due to frame drops on these maps, now i couldn’t avoid them in low US br, this is not relevant problem anymore since i upgraded my gpu but still some people may suffer from that too.
Agree with both your ideas. I wouldn’t say let all factions onto all maps of course, but certainly don’t limit to BR. Germany should be able to play any map where the Germans fought and so on, really don’t like that they’ve restricted BR2 to only Stalingrad and Moscow - especially when there’s a whole new map we can’t access from BR2 now!!!
The battle ratings aren’t really linked with the era of the equipment anyway from what I’ve read.
And Tunisia
Oh yeah of course. Don’t get me wrong, I like and play all these maps - but I also want to play Normandy, Berlin and Bulge without having to go full BR5 - please just put them all into rotation.
Likewise, I want my allies to rotate on all but Moscow/Berlin and my USSR to rotate Berlin, Stalingrad and Moscow.
I literally play and level everything - just don’t want to have to constantly rearrange squads to rotate maps.
It’s better than what we have now but it would make BR2 and BR4 essentially useless filler.
Would adding, BR VI-VII help? the next/new cold war/Vietnam yet to be added in future ? 
Got to be a way to protect new people from facing us, till they get to learn, which means time in a game messing about, with out people pwning them with in 6.46 mins, how do you learn in that time??
