Can you tell us in more detail what “last few days, the BR is broken” means? There have been no recent changes in Matchmaking.

No, the whole point of the BR system is to shorten queues, half o all players in a faction you might get temead up against every match if low on players. +/-0 will never happen.
It’s also there to mix up the matches and maps you get, and what opposition you face.
ur never gettin BR matches just for ur tier, that won’t happen.
Now I would with current state of Game argue for that an added BR VI would be in order to decompres the Tech we have and make matches more fair. The Jets and Assault Rifles and other End War prottopyes and Late War tanks need to be here. Me 262, Pershing, Stg 44, AS 44, RD 44 etc
Depends, if we remove BR4 and BR2 we would end up with the same queue times.
And thematically we only need 3 BRs anyway (early war, mid war, late war)
That way we would end up with 3 BRs without a change in queue time while also getting +/- 0BR MM.
This is also true, however I would argue that the BR system doesn’t work to begin with.
90% of my BR1 matches have BR2 players
90% of my BR2 matches have BR3 players
90% of my BR4 matches have BR5 players
To me it seems most players play BR3 and BR5 anyways.

…have a huge variety of weapons and equipment that no one will ever use and, perhaps, a big difference in strength of the factions… Thats why it s so important to find balance between the number of BRs, players, weapons, etc.

Well, balance doesnt matter much when getting to fight higher BRs constantly.
Maybe you should focus on making the MM more fair.
But that means that someone getting to fight lower BRs (excluding 1BR) constantly, right?
And ofc I am always happy to receive suggestions for improving MM. Especially if other aspects are not affected by this.

But that is mostly because BR4 doesn’t usually have that much of an advantage when downtiered, and a huge one when uptiered which is the majority of time. BR1 is usually new players starting out…and get stuck with BR2 players which is a huge disadvantage especially when they don’t even have Engineers.
It would be better if the BRs were the same for those…I myself never use BR4 especially for that reason.
Yes…devs are at a disadvantage trying to balance TTs for uptiers and downtiers…everything should be BR specific and the player should have the option of bringing lower tiered items to a match.
And BR2 can’t leave…it has some of the best gear for all factions making it the most fun to play.
Thats the issue, because BR3 and BR5 seem so popular the other BRs are suffering with fighting higher BRs more often because of the MM I guess.
In an ideal world I would say it would only be fair when you queue for a match you would get a 50% chance to get uptiered and 50% chance to get downtiered - regardless of BR popularity, though I bet the MM would go wild should this be enforced.

Oh that highly depends.
Yes BR3 and BR4 rifles and SMGs are not that much different in power, but I want to see Shermans and T34 having a fair chance against Tigers and Panthers.
