The PPS-42 and 43 are honestly a bit much for Tier II
I’d suggest moving the 43 up to III and to move the MP-38 and Beretta M1 down to II
MP-38 really should have been II to begin with and the M1 is a good flipside to the FNAB

Sure. MP-38 (and 40) are both good for tier 2 and are iconic. The PPS-42 is good enough without needing the PPS-43 to be in the same tier as it.
I’d say just move the PPS-43 up and move the MP-38 down. Beretta and MP-40 are good enough for Tier 3 imho
What makes the M1 good enough to stay in Tier III?
Its just a slightly faster MP-38 with more ammunition
Yeah i reckon thats good enough. Im not bothered about the PPS 42 and 43 being there… What bothers me is these are probably the best medium capacity smgs in the game, and yet their equivalents are up to 2 BRs higher.
Mp 38 to BR 2
pps-43 to BR 3
ZK - BR 3
Mp 35/1 - BR 3
Thompson (any 30 round) to BR 3
Put them on equal footing and then there is not much to complain about

Thompson at T3 mabey not since the fairly high ROF and large damage for SMGs of that teir, mabey at T4 where the garand is, but hey, I’m just some German/soviet main who doesn’t know anything at all about balance

There is an Italian M1 Beretta at Tier III that fires at 500rpm from a 40 round mag
I realise they have higher Damage and a good rate of fire. Just from having used all of these smgs extensively, I find the thompson to be on the least prefered end.
I realise that is personal preference. I just think they are worse than the rest in terms of useability. (their sights and bullet velocity is very meh)
I would take M1 Beretta and grease gun over thompson lol (except the one with good sights)
That and they dont belong vs Assault Rifles and Drum mag SMGS

I think the M1 Beretta is a very solid weapon and can hold its own at BR 3.
This weapon carried me through Tunisia grind when allies were stacked.
Honestly, I’d even drop the Beretta M38/42 down to rank 3 and put it in a folder with the M1
Yeah, that’s basically why. Honestly I’d even say the M1 is better than the MP-40, but that’s just my opinion.
I still don’t think anything at rank 3 should be facing rank 5 matches though.

Many of the Thompsons are already in BR 3 : M1A1, M1928A1 box mag and Thompson 30. cal
The others are BR 4 except the drum one which is BR 5.

I would consider HE and AT grenade launchers switch places. AT grenade launchers probably most useful at BR 2 without cancer.
personally I really dont know about this, to me the MP40 and MP38 are veeery similar in performance, I don’t see them being part of different BRs.
I think rather than splitting them, they could get lowered / or say in BR3 while receiving nerfs / buffs.
There are now a whole lot of weapons that sit right between BRs performance wise, thus a lot of them probably need to be rebalanced.
ZB26 should also in my opinion should be tier II. But yeah its annoying using only MP28s against PPS.
Germans have impact grenades but soviets don’t.
Unless Drakflow nerf the impact grenades and eliminate these GRENADE MONKEYS from low BR, I won’t consider pps43 as an imbalanced weapon.
While they do perform better than theyr counterparts, cant really figure out any other weapons to replace them.
Soviets just lack the meme 20mag berettas.
