I had made a smiliar post a while ago,and this is expanding on that list i had made.
StuG 3F/G-these are TDs at BR3 for germany,and they have the same cannon (with different name) as the panzer 4 on a casemate TD (so you get bad gun traversal and have to turn the entire veichle to aim properly,which is problematic when you have to turn a corner to shoot a tank) that has just about the same armour and no machine guns,which is crucial in an infantry based game.the 3G has slightly better armour but still,why would you use that over a panzer 4 that has a much easier time.I propose moving these TDs to BR2 so they find some use while still having disadvantages to normal tanks.
Kiraly 39M/42M-these are SMGs at BR5 avalaible for germany and have slightly higher than average pistol caliber damage due to the slightly larger caliber,but they have no real reason to be used due to how bad they are at BR5,at the same BR,you fight the PPSH that has less dispersion,less recoil,and 31 more rounds in the magazine,and this isnt factoring the other high BR russian SMGs.I propose moving it to BR3,where it will be more on par with the PPSH stick mag,where it has more damage and 5 more rounds but lower ROF,higher dispersion and recoil by a lot ( 8,4 real recoil PPSH stick 18,7 real recoil kiraly .21 dispersion PPSH stick, .84 dispersion kiraly)
BF109 F4/trop-this is a BR3 fighter avalible for germany and it has a 20mm MG151 with 200 rounds and 2 7.92 with 1000 rounds and no bombs,and a similar flight preformance to the other BF109s at BR2 (E1/U2,F1,F2;which all have 4x 50KG bombs) and the C. 202EC,which has a second 20mm with more ammo and 2 12.7mms instead of 7.92s as well (which makes it pretty much better except for maybe turn speed or speed,but its barely noticable),so I propose to move this to BR2. (Also there will still be a BR3 fighter,the FW 190 A4,so dont worry about that)
There is some more stuff as well that needs to be reduced,but this is all I could do for now.feel free to suggest more to put on these BR reduction suggestions,it helps.
