I never understand the reason why there is no BR I LMGs specially that most matches are vs BR II. So since now we have enough LMGs we can lower this to BR I :
Also the trucks must be put to BR I but im not gonna combine everything in one topic. This LMGs will be perfect BR I additions that will make this BR I matches vs BR II far more fun not to mention all the motorbikes have better LMGs so there is absolutely no reason not to have BR I LMGs and just limit this BR to be punching bag for BR II.
The Soviets can get in the future better BR II LMG like lend-lease or some prototype or Madsen with more rounds.

Only thing required would be a BR2 LMG for the Soviets like the clip-fed DP.

There is options even lend-lessee or captured and they can still use Madsen until they implement 1 but now you will use it in BR I and BR II.

Are there land-leased oned? I think the Soviets used the Bren but IIRC they were all mounted on carriers.

Well they used Bren also Hotchkiss Portative (M1909) some cavalry units had them there is captured options. The Bren is the easiest.

By the way, not many people knows this but Vickers-Berthier has zero movement dispersion penalty like RD-44 despite it being an LMG. It’s been like that for years but nobody seemed to noticed it. So i don’t think it would be fitting on BR 1.

Honestly, i think only Chauchat kinda fits in as BR 1 LMG, the rest of them are bad but not bad enough. Maybe we need more crappy LMG to be added like something from WW 1 and inter-war period to fill in BR 1 LMG. Not with the current LMGs.

Type 11 and Madsen are exactly WW 1 LMGs. Type 11 is 1922 and Madsen is 1902 even the BAR is WW 1 LMG. I dont see if the LMG is WW 1 or WW 2 will matter the performance is more important. Since there is a lot WW 1 LMGs that are BR III.

Well they are WW 1 LMG yes. But the problem is that the recent buff on Madsen made it worthy to be used on BR 2. It seems the trend is that shitty LMG gets buffed instead of getting downtiered to BR 1. With buffed stats, there’s no way that they are going down to BR 1.

Well its many strange buffs but they can revert them just like they nerfed Type 99 in order to be put to BR II.

They actually buffed Type 99 LMG then downtiered it to BR 2 tho
They nerfed the stats specially the sprint factor got nerfed. So yeah its a buff but also the weapon got stat nerfs was not directly put to BR II without nerfs.
I thought they nerfed them to 50%. Well then for sure we can put some of this LMGs to BR I. If we give them sprint factor 50%
I think the opposite expand it move smgs to br2 move mgs to br3, or add a br0. Br1 should be for learning next you want to move flame throwers to br2 and bazookas to br1 as well.
There is no learning you are send in a BR II match against people with LMGs where is the balance in that ? So basically you cant run normal squads since you must put a sniper instead of LMG guy in your squads against people that are running far better LMGs then you. There is no BR 0 in the game so most of the time with BR I you will be fighting against LMGs like it or not thats the reality. How you gonna learn not only you are having less skill but less option for weapons ? There is no real argument not to have LMGs on BR I since the only people that want this are people that farm BR I players there is no lower BR match then 1 so this will balance the fights against BR II players.
Wow attacking people no one but br2 farming br1 based on trust me bro. Not true that would imply vet players only play br2 and not br1. Given the ±1 brs anyone according to the community who plays br2 will be themselves farmed by br3. So what is the upside you rarm br1 and get farmed by br2.
BR I is literally one of the worst BRs to play like BR IV. The best BRs you can play are BR V or BR III. I play a lot of BR I Germany and most battles are against BR II USSR. Your argument is absolutely not valid. The lack of LMGs on BR I only makes it worse BR to play since you can fight only higher or same BR and no option for lower BR fights.

yeah the br2 thompson is a beast might need a very small nerf to it
br2 american shotguns ok pretty boss
but if you give br1 machine guns and dont nerf them you need to buff br2 mgs. they often have poor sites making it hard to hit anything.
also the madsen needs to be upgraded to 30 rounds to compte with the other mgs if its the only mg at its tier.
